We had a great experience at European Sports! Brian took the time to explain which shoes would be the best fit for my son and also helped us pick out the right shin guards. We're new to soccer, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you're looking for knowledgeable, friendly service and all your soccer needs, European Sports is definitely the place to go!

Took my son in tonight to buy some cleat’s. The first sales person was terrible. My son was adding different sizes in different shoes. He started to hemp and went to check something and never came back to assist us. But there was another sales rep that was very patient with my son through the whole process. He was awesome. So if you need excellent customer service ask to speak with Angel.

They took great care of me when I came in for an online order pickup that was out of stock. Issue resolved within minutes. I come out of my way from the Rockford area to come here for a reason, they are the best when it comes to anything soccer related. This place and the team deserves 10 stars.

I ordered a soccer uniform for my son and waited nearly 3 months. After all that time, I was informed that the jacket was not available and wouldn’t be in stock until June — meaning I would have to wait another 3 months. This was extremely disappointing. In the end, I had no choice but to accept a different size that is too big for him. The lack of communication and delay were very frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.
